FileFixHub provides browser-based file conversion, compression, merging, splitting, security, and utility software tools. All tools execute locally on the user's client device using WebAssembly and HTML5 JavaScript APIs. We do not operate remote file processing servers.

3. Local Processing & Backup Responsibility

Because all file operations take place locally in your web browser memory, you retain sole responsibility for maintaining backups of your original files. FileFixHub does not store copies of your files and cannot recover or restore any lost or corrupted files caused by browser crashes, device power loss, or insufficient hardware memory.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use FileFixHub only for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that:

• You will not use the website to process, convert, or modify files that infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit our client-side software scripts for malicious, illegal, or unauthorized distribution.
• You will not attempt to interfere with the availability, performance, or security of FileFixHub.com through automated bot attacks or denial-of-service attempts.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership of Files

All source code, website designs, brand graphics, logos, and UI elements on FileFixHub.com are the exclusive intellectual property of FileFixHub.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

The website and all local file tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. FileFixHub makes no guarantees that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that conversion output will meet specific specialized requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FileFixHub, its operators, developers, and hosting partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use our tools.
